Kaitlin Travis is President of Leasing at The Summers Group, where she works alongside Stephen to shape and implement the unique merchandising vision of each asset across the firm’s portfolio. Kaitlin's strategic approach to tenant curation and her strong relationships with partners and clients plays a key role in elevating each property’s performance and advancing the collective vision of The Summers Group’s developments.

Dylan Spencer
Dylan Spencer joined Summers Group on the leasing front in 2025. A graduate of Texas Christian University, Dylan earned her degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate. During her time at TCU, she gained industry experience at CBRE and later began her career at Stream Realty Partners on the Office Tenant Rep team before transitioning into retail.
At TCU, Dylan was actively involved in campus leadership and professional organizations, serving as President of Neeley Navigators and Co-Director of the Mentorship Program, while also participating in the Real Estate Club and serving on the executive board. She was also a proud member of Tri Delta, where she built a lasting network in the TCU community.

Adelaide joined The Summers Group after graduating from the University of Arkansas. As Executive Assistant, she works directly with Stephen Summers while also supporting the entire team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient coordination across projects. Adelaide is involved in a wide range of responsibilities, including scheduling, communication, and organizational support, all of which help the team operate at its highest level. Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Adelaide brings a strong sense of organization, adaptability, and attention to detail to her role. Her background and commitment to excellence allow her to create a positive and seamless experience for both colleagues and clients.
